Great seats in this section entirely. Row completely unobstructed and lots of leg room. Wide and plush comfy seats. This area not easily wheelchair accessible as it is on a sort of platform. Safety bar might annoy someone, but can see fine.
Temporary seat at the back of the balcony, not part of standard seating. Lighting rig isn't exactly in the way, but it's a bit distracting. For a discount ticket, not bad; for full price I'd suggest a different row.
This looks far away. It's not. The theater is small. Great view, the balcony overhang doesn't affect this seat. Plenty of legroom, too. For a $20 ticket, I'm happy.

Good seat and it's the second to last row in the orchestra. Not sure how it would look if sold out, but this seat in particular is next to a support column that gives extra room on the right- no neighbor :)

Tickets are the same price as the rest, but there are only 5 seats in the box and it is super roomy.
Small theater. Good view of the stage. Seats are staggered so it’s still easy to see if someone tall sits in front of you. Comfy seats and good leg room.
Great legroom (Im 6’2”) and easy to see the stage. Overhang blocks anything about 15’ above the stage. Next to sound booth w/small lights always on, which could be annoying to some. No seat to the right which makes it roomy.
