Kings of HarlemReally not a bad seat in the house. All DTC seats also have ample legroom. This is five rows from the back (and one row in front of the rear exit), on the aisle.CentersectionHrow16seat

Here Lies LoveThis is the very front corner seat in the second row of floorside seats on house left. You will miss most of the action that takes place on the stage below the overhang where the seats are located (though there are some projections), and the beauty pageant scene is mostly all blocked by curtains. To see most of the action throughout the show, I pretty much stood the whole time and leaned over the wooden railing. As such, I treated this more like a Standing Room seat, though you can definitely sit down. Because the show is played to all sides of the theater, there is no perfect seat (though, front mezzanine would arguably be best, and I think house left floorside is better than house right, and center floorside is better than the corners). You will need to check your bag before you get to your seat. I got this seat as a $35 rush ticket, so I can't complain too much, but it's definitely not worth full price.Floor Side 2sectionBrow13seat

CamelotTechnically a partial view seat, but the stage for Camelot is very exposed (I couldn't even capture a full view of the stage to the right and left of this photo, that's how open it is). As a result, you hardly miss any of the action. Additionally, text that is projected on the back wall is also projected on the side walls, which is helpful. Antother benefit is being so close to the orchestra, which sounded glorious. There are some downsides, though. First, if the actors are speaking away from you, it is hard to hear what they are saying, including some key dialogue. Additionally, if actors are standing near you on the edge of the stage, you can't see beyond them. This was only occasionally an issue, but it did cause me to miss an important moment in the fight scene.Orchestra LsectionDrow107seat

The Light in the PiazzaI've sat in the balcony for numerous shows at the City Center, and I consider Row E and closer to be ideal, given the balance of sound and seeing the actors' facial expressions. This seat, just right of center, still allowed for a great view of the stage without feeling like I was missing out on anything.BalconysectionErow145seat

Kimberly AkimboFirst row, dead-center seat with a full view of nearly everything, including the actors' faces very up close. If you are on the shorter side, you may have to sit up a bit to see the performers' feet (and, in the case of this show, skates!). Due to there not being a row in front of you, there is a lot of extra legroom.Orchestra CsectionAArow106seat

1776Good view of the stage with only the uppermost stage right being out of view. Given the basic set for this show, you really don't miss anything. Could see and hear everything well.Orchestra LsectionKrow15seat

OliverSeat is enough in the center that you get a full view of the stage, but I wouldn't sit any further back unless you are planning on bringing theater binoculars. You can still just make out the actors' expressions, but you may be straining a bit to hear everything being said (especially if the actors aren't dictating well). Not the worst seat you can get at the cheapest price.BalconysectionFrow135seat

King JamesStage is closer than it appears in the photo. Great view not too far off the aisle and far enough back that the side view wasn't an issue. Could see and hear pretty much everything.Main FloorsectionErow5seat

Man of La ManchaOne of the best seats in the house for someone who wants the perfect combination of a full view of the stage, center seating, an aisle seat, and extra legroom. Easy access to the exit.CentersectionJrow6seat

Every Brilliant ThingAisle seat in the "in the round" setup for the Arcadia Stage. Theoretically, this should be one of the "worst" seats, but no seat is bad in this setup. In fact, being in an upper corner seat actually gives you a somewhat fuller perspective of the show that you couldn't get sitting elsewhere.Csection5row1seat

One Man, Two GuvnorsI'd rate this 3.5 stars. Aisle seat in the second to last row, with no one in front of you. High up, but close to the center (the wall to the left will not cause an obstructed view), fine sound and sightlines, and very easy access to the center exit. Not a good seat for anyone with mobility issues, as getting to the seat before the show requires climbing lots of stairs.CentersectionLrow7seat

Clyde'sThe Arcadia Stage is small enough that there are no terrible seats. This is the seat farthest to the left in Row 5, but I could hear everything and didn't miss any of the action. The same seats in lower rows may be a different story, though.Leftsection5row16seat

Radio GolfAisle seat with no seat in front of you, so extra legroom and no risk of a tall person blocking your view. Good sightlines of the entire stage and of the closed captioning. Getting to the seat requires walking up and around the top row, so not a good seat for those with mobility issues.Bsection8row11seat

Into The WoodsClose enough for good sightlines and sound, but any further back, you may not be able to see the actors' faces.Balcony CsectionFrow109seat

Freestyle Love SupremeYou don't miss much action except for upper stage left (not a big deal for this show). The major downside: You are pretty close to the house right speaker, so the sound balance will be off. It took 15-20 minutes for my ears to adjust to the sound.Orchestra RsectionCrow18seat

School Girls; Or, The African Mean Girls PlayAlthough this seat is about 3/4 the way back and pretty far to the right in the row, I didn't feel like I missed anything because the theater is so small. There really is no terrible seat in the house.Rightsection9row4seat

Into the WoodsGood view of the stage. Can see facial expressions fairly well, and sound is generally fine, as well. FYI: This seat is usually reserved for handicapped patrons or their companions.Mezzanine RsectionGrow6seat

Into the WoodsGood seat with a view of all the action and an ideal position for sound balance coming from the band. The show is performed "in the round" but you won't miss anything.Dsection7row6seat
