  • TD Pavilion at the Mann, section: Lawn
    Philadelphia Orchestra tour: Disney
View prior to stage being lit. About halfway up the lawn, dead center. Eyeline was about dead center with screen. Had to get here right as the gates open to get this view. Couldn't really see orchestra, but sound was nice and loud due to the speakers.
  • TD Pavilion at the Mann, section: Lawn
    Philadelphia Orchestra tour: Disney
View with "peripheral vision." About halfway up the lawn, dead center. Eyeline was about dead center with screen. Had to get here right as the gates open to get this view. Couldn't really see orchestra, but sound was nice and loud due to the speakers.
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Mezzanine R, row: F, seat: 12
    Titanic
Second to last row of the front mezzanine. Good view and GREAT sound because a speaker is directly above and ahead of you.
  • Delaware Theatre Company, section: Center, row: H, seat: 16
    The Flatlanders
Anywhere in the center section will be a great seat!
  • F. Otto Haas Stage at the Arden, section: A, row: 9, seat: 4
    Once On This Island
Great seat but to the side. If you don't have a center section seat, this is the better side section to sit on.
  • F. Otto Haas Stage at the Arden, section: A, row: 9, seat: 3
    The Lehman Trilogy
There's really no terrible seat at the Arden. This is the Section A-B-C setup. Could see everything, but you are to the side.

  • Marian Anderson Hall at the Kimmel Center, section: Tier 1, row: Box 49, seat: 4
    Philadelphia Orchestra tour: Patriotic Concert
Fantastic view and sound. The front railing is barely in your peripheral vision.
  • Citizens Bank Park, section: 219, row: 3, seat: 13
Philadelphia Phillies vs New York Mets
Fantastic Hall of Fame Club seats... as long as you don't have tall people sitting in front of you. My view of first base was mostly blocked once the people seated in front of us returned. Otherwise, great view of the scoreboard and play, at the perfect height. Padded seats were a plus! Note: No overhang protection in this row or forward.
  • Forrest Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: S, seat: 21
    Girl from The North Country
You can't see upstage right, but I didn't feel like I missed anything of significance in the show. Sound can be a bit challenging to hear sometimes, as there are no sound monitors above you.
  • Subaru Park, section: 112, row: W, seat: 23
Philadelphia Union vs Seattle Sounders FC
A bit high, but a good value seat with a decent view of the field, clear view of the scoreboard, and nice views of the river. Not under the roof, though, so during rain events, you will get soaked!
  • Subaru Park, section: 111, row: AA, seat: 7
Philadelphia Union vs Seattle Sounders FC
Technically, this view is from the railing immediately behind the seats, which people use as unofficial standing room during heavy rain (since it's under the roof). Fairly good view of the field and clear view of the scoreboard. Picture was taken at 0.5x scare so the field is closer than it looks.
  • Delaware Theatre Company, section: Center, row: E, seat: 13
    Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings
Not a bad seat in the house!

  • Studio 54, section: Orchestra R, row: N, seat: 16
The Days of Wine and Roses
This is the furthest right seat, second to last row of the Orchestra Right section. I thought it would be a terrible view, but (at least for this show) I missed nothing of significance. The mezzanine overhang cuts off the very top of the set, but no action happens there. This seat has quite a bit of legroom, extra floor space to the right of your feet, a right-side railing next to the armrest, no one sitting behind you, and speakers directly above and to the right. As such, this seat was surprisingly good.
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Mezzanine L, row: F, seat: 9
    Once Upon A Mattress
Good views and sound with easy access to the exit and bathrooms. Facial expressions from the stage could still be made out, though sitting closer would be more ideal.
  • Delaware Theatre Company, section: Center, row: H, seat: 3
    Peter and the Starcatcher
There are generally no bad views in this theater, but for this show, avoid the very side seats due to some stage obstructions. Great sound overall.
  • Orpheum Theatre, Minneapolis, section: Main Floor 3, row: P, seat: 12
    Mrs. Doubtfire
Two seats from the house left aisle. Good views of the stage, though the very upper stage right is cut off (though you don't miss anything). Sound is okay, but not the best. 3.5 stars.
  • Wilma Theater, section: Main, row: B, seat: 13
    Fat Ham
Effectively dead center in the second row. You are right next to the action, with your feet at ground level of the stage. The first row will have your heads at the actors' knees, so don't sit any closer than this!
  • Forrest Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: U, seat: 107
    Company
Dead center seat with good sight lines and excellent sound. As long as nothing happens at the highest part of the stage, the overhang and lights will not get in the way. Moving up 5-10 rows would likely give you perfect sightlines, though you can definitely still make out facial expressions from this far back.
  • Thompson Theatre, section: Orchestra, row: E, seat: 7
In the Heat of the Night
This theater is adorable. It has the design of an opera house, just miniature in scale. ☺️ Because of this, there is pretty much no bad seat in the house.
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Balcony, row: B, seat: 111
    Pal Joey
Upstage right will be obstructed, but you'll be able to see nearly all the action, especially downstage. Facial expressions are almost all visible.
