Seventh row from stage. On the aisle. Beautiful.

Nearly dead center with a perfect view of the stage. The only downside is that legroom is VERY limited, as the wall is right in front of you (think airline coach seat amount of legroom).

Good value, lots of legroom and easy in and out. Seats to the left of this had a less obstructed view and easy and in out access without disturbing others in the row. If you are short the balcony railing may obstruct view slightly.

Not a bad seat in the whole theater!

Love this theatre! Seat was honestly amazing and can view entire stage with no issues. Little awkward getting to the seat itself if people are already seated in your row as you walk right up to aomeone sitting basically at the topnof the steps.( you will understand once you go). But leg room was better than many theaters. Comftorable seat. Great value!

View is great.

Not a bad seat for being on the side. Great legroom. Hard to see back of stage when in recording booth, but you don't lose anything. Slight obstruction from the ledge of box if you're short. No issues if you sit up straight.

Wonderful sound

Aisle Seeat Great View. But a majority of the seats in this theater are good.

Always opt for wider, panoramic view for musicals. Still feels close and nearly dead center. Come early to take in the theater history artifacts throughout the building!
