Worst seat in the house - no leg room, maybe 1" between right side of chair and wall, and maybe 6" between left side of chair wall. This seat should not even be sold, especially at full price.

This seat had a clear view, but it was difficult to make sense of some of the scenery that needed to be viewed from a more central seat.

This seat is the first row of the side loge and is the only seat in the row. Lots of leg room and space next to you for your stuff. The stairs to the seat are steep and narrow. Comfy seat and very close to the stage. It is on the side so some of the stage is cut off and you can see into the wings. The orchestra pit is also visible. I took myself to the show so this single seat was a great find. I enjoyed not having anyone in front of me or next to me. Being on the aisle was helpful to get out quickly at intermission to make it to the restroom before the line was horrendous (it is a bit of a hike to the restroom). I especially loved the leg room and plenty of space for my large winter coat! The seat also has a cup holder or plenty of space on the ground for a drink. There are some wires by your feet, but they are not an issue.

Great view. One little part of stage yoy cant see in the back.
