Seats are padded but a thin padding if anyone moves the entire row shakes. There is a pretty good grade to the seats but If someone really tall sits in front of you it will effect your view of the stage
I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Felt a lot closer than what it looks in a photo. You can see every expression on the faces of the cast. When the bookcases opened at the same time on the left, you couldn't see the one in the back but it only happened once. Other than that there was no obstructions. Seats were more comfortable than other Broadway theaters. Small theater offering a much more personal experience.
One of the last rows in the theater and still an amazing view - no blind spots. seats are elevated enough for people in front of you not blocking the stage

Excellent seat. Being hearing impaired, I was able to hear everything (with hearing aides) and read facial expressions very easily. Great show.
Seats are very old and slightly padded. Not uncomfortable. Ok legroom (I'm 6'6" tall). Nice view of the stage. Small theatre so no seat will be bad. Only drawback is this seat is up against the wall, but that is not too bad I guess.
Great seat. I used their assisted listening device and it worked fine. Just don’t move it around or it will get static-y. You do have to move your head around to see all action on stage but there was no obstructions. You are just close to the stage.
great view and super close but very cramped seating

Yeah. Don't buy this seat. Yes, it was advertised as partial view, but there's no partial about this view. It's 95% obstructed view. The other seats in this row might be ok - I'd probably wouldn't pick anything closer than #3 or further.

One seat away from aisle.

Nice view of the stage. Legroom is just ok. Seat isn't narrow but isn't roomy either. Padding is minimal.
Great seats! Clear view of stage and actors!
Perfect full view
Good legroom but super thin seat padding. Next time I visit I will be bringing a stadium pad to sit on!
Might be a bit obstructed if you get someone tall in front as the rise here is not great
Aisle seat
Great seat but not cushy at all. This is a long show so the seat is not very comfortable.
Good legroom and great view but the seats have almost no padding.
