Fantastic! 2 sets of stairs to reach this seat, closest is towards the curtains. No obstacles of view. You could probably access via the "mezzanine" stairs as well.

My guest commented that these seats were “perfect.” Tiny theater so not a bad seat in the house. Being dead-center was great. Would def choose this middle section again (any row) vs the sides.
