Great sight line but the chairs are close to each other.
From the 4th row, my eyes are level with the stage. The first row or two are much cheaper, and still good seats, but you will be looking up a little bit. There’s really not a bad seat in this theater. Plenty of leg room in row D.

Small theater, not a bad seat in the house. Decent leg room and seat width
Comfortable seats, close enough to the stage without being overwhelming. The incline means minimal obstruction from tall folks in front of me.

This seat is on the aisle and had a great unobstructed view to the stage. Even though it's on the side, there was a clear view across the stage.
