Honestly pretty good! You only miss a little bit of action on Stage Right, but you're super close while still getting that view of the full stage

Mrs. Doubtfire

Very comfortable with extra leg room and flexibility to move chairs around. But the left side of the stage is extremely blocked, which this show used quite a bit. I knew it was partial view, but I ended up missing a lot of the sometimes important actions.
