Mens basketball
Seat 28 would be on the Aisle, but I would avoid as a piece of glass splits the court so you are constantly looking around it. Seat 28 is one in and doesn't have this issue.
Women's Basketball Even though is labeled as Row 4 is the first row of seats thus no one in front blocking your view
