Good view, clear glass is present but does not impact your court view.

2018 Red/Blue Scrimmage Game. Seat 23 is the end of the row. The rail in front of the seat is low enough to see over while sitting back in the seat. All scoreboards in the stadium can be seen easily and without interference. Seat is a little padded on the bottom only. Arm rests have cup holders that reduce the seat width some. Not a lot of leg room, and you will have to stand up for everyone entering or exiting the row.
