Great view overall with staggered seating. The view of the stage is generally good—unless a particularly tall person ends up in front of you. Fortunately, the staggered layout helps minimize obstruction. Legroom is comfortable, though the seats are narrow.
Great seat. 2nd row. Seat is against the wall. Missed a non-pivotal fraction of a minute on the left side. Nice legroom.

Why would they even sell this seat?! I literally couldn't see 75% of the stage. What? Luckily there was a seat I could move to, but if I hadn't been moved, I would have demanded a refund. Do not buy this seat!!!
This was a surprising seat! You would think it wouldn't be all that great since it's the last row, but I felt like I could see and feel everything super clearly. It's a little deceiving (in a good way) as it is closer than it initially looks!
Cool old historic theater but not a great place to see a show. It was originally a movie theater and it doesn't look like they've ever re-raked the seats for eye-level theater. We paid a lot for our seats and we stil had to crane our necks.

The rake in this theater is shallow. Aisle seats are the way to go if you are short.

With this set, you miss some entrances /exits but nothing pertinent

Video clip. Good seat with a clear view. 6 rows from the stage and 4 seats in from the aisle. No heads blocked my view. TDF purchase.

Excellent seats!!! Thanks TDF!!!!
Sloped orchestra so no stairs if you have mobility issues.

Good view, excel leg room; only one seat directly in front. Would not want to be any closer to the wall, though. Kara Young, Nicholas Braun

Great legroom, but the bar and lighting fixture obstructs the view. Get a seat further to the side

Theatre doesn't have a great rake, so view is obstructed easily with people in rows in front of you.
Plenty of leg room and elbow room
Not much rake to seats, your view will be blocked if someone sits in front of you. Bring a coat you can fold up and sit on. Otherwise great seat
