Great seats but no leg room to stretch due to the concrete wall in front of you. Additionally, the sun is behind you thus casting shade on you most of the game. As the sun sets though, its pops through the upper seats for a short time.
Very close proximity to home team dugout. Shade during day games. Nice view of home plate. Easy access to aisle.
