Pros: Amazing view from front to back of stage. The balcony bar is not in the way. Cons: Small tight seating. No space to stretch legs. I'm 5' 4” my knees were at 90 degrees with my toes touching the front wall. Extremely uncomfortable, wouldn't recommend
Photo taken at head height with a wide-angle lens, which makes it seem farther away than it actually is. The safety rail didn't bother me or distract from the view. I forgot that it was even there.
Pretty good seat for seeing this performance. Seats 32?-38 in row BB and AA are padded folding chairs. Row AA has very little leg room but BB is ok. The view of extreme stage left is blocked but for this show was still a pretty good seat. Elevator or 1 flight of stairs to Orchestra level then about 40 stairs to balcony.

Seats in orchestra have a lot of leg room, not a lot of width. Seats are not staggered so you are directly behind the person in front of you but the stage is high enough that I didn't really notice

Great seats! I had one person two rows ahead of me on the aisle seat who was tall, so I had to pop my head around here and there, but otherwise, great!
Very small pit area so you're right in front of it. Seats are VERY small. To get to the orchestra, you need to go up one grand staircase, then up another single-wide person staircase. Took way too long just to exit it the theatre and it wasn't sold out.
See what I mean... so close! You can see a little in the wings stage right, and you can't see the far stage left corner. Took this photo under the railing.

Amazing seat
Great seats in the balcony. No obstruction.

Fantastic seat. Stage is high enough that heads aren't in the way. You are looking slightly up the whole time. Might bother some people's necks.
Seats are staggered here, so aisle seat has endless leg room.

Great seat. No heads blocking your view and extra legroom since it’s the first row.

The railing is in your view but it doesn't matter cause you're so close it's crazy. I was leaning forward for this photo (pre-show).
While the play is going on, you really don't notice the rail. You do have to turn your body or head slightly sideways.
