Intimate venue. These was a great seat.

Stage actually appears closer in person. The further back you sit, the closer you are to the hvac vents. t was 25° out and they had the (loud) a/c on. People put their coats back on and covered their faces. There was also a very distracting noise coming from the speakers. Sounded like crickets while the performers were on stage. Extremely annoying! Actresses were A !

Not a bad seat in the house. Intimate setting. This seat is the first seat on the last row and it is a padded folding chair. Plenty of legroom no matter where you sit.

Really not a bad seat in this (small) house. Bathrooms are a bit of a schlep so you might want an aisle seat if it's a longer show.

The last seat in the row next to a wall. Would probably try for a closer seat next time. This was great for a bargain price $35.

Small theater. Would prefer closer to avoid so many heads.

Great for rush seat, not completely clear view, but I could see everything important.

Very small, Off-Broadway theater, so small that any seat has decent sight lines, adequate legroom.

Maybe the best seat in the house for this amazing show. Right at eye level.

Would have been better to sit closer to the stage

It's an off-off-Broadway house so not a bad seat in the place. The stage is decently sized, seats are a little tight, leg room is decent, sound quality was great!
