Plenty of leg room, railing is a minor annoyance though if you're shorter (photo taken from perspective of a 5'10 male) or here to see a more visual performance I could see how it could be problematic.

At the top of the stairs, before you enter, grab a pad for your seat. If you have long legs, get an end seat. Prepare to touch arms with your neighbor.

The railing obstructs the view, but you can lean forward or sit up straighter to get a better or at least different view. Negatively affected my viewing experience but I'd still sit there again for a show I really cared about if I had to.
These were great seats! I had this one and seat 8 I believe. I could see great! I might suggest getting the 2 that were left to me. The aisle had the best view.
I’m giving my seat 5 stars. The view was perfect. If someone taller had sat in front there may have been issues. The seats aren’t plus size friendly. More like a movie theatre. All in all, show was AMAZING.
View was obstructed by railing when seated, but had a good side view if you leaned over it. Seat 48 also didn't really exist - they gave me a folding chair.

Excellent View. Railings interrupted a view from the waste down. Seats are very narrow. No one is in front of seat 1 so it offers excellent leg room.

Guard rail partially obstructs stage. Seats are very uncomfortable but cushions are provided by staff

2ND ORCH CENTER. Further back than I thought. There were TVs above to look at. Close to entrance/exit.

Great seat, no one in front of you, but a bit far away and right next to the light and sound guys.

Full stage view, not much of an incline on the floor seats so view may be blocked if someone taller is in front of you.
Row right in front of the sound controls, still a great view!
Great Show!
Orchestra seating has very little incline

Cute theater. The patrons, however...
