The view was great although could be tough if a tall person sits in front of you. There is also a small ramp at the foot of seat 16 and 18 but there is a flat place to rest your feet.

Great seat for the price! Only small part of far back right of stage was obstructed. For phantom there were only 2 parts when you couldn't see actors briefly but then came into view (going down to phantoms lair)

Picture makes it look a little farther back. No issues with sight lines.

Close to the aisle, it's good during intermission. If you're on the shorter side, the people in front might occasionally disrupt part of the edge of the stage; other than that, you can see the actors' expressions and the CC to the right with no problem.
Perfect spot! Close enough to see facial expressions and costume details, far enough to see the chandelier in all its glory. Row L starts the incline so you're able to see over heads. Even though slightly off-center, it feels like you are center.

We actually had 3 seats in seat 2 on riws DD, EE, and FF. The borw on the end sests are great. Seats 4 moght be a little blocked by someone in front of you except row FF and i think CC.

seat 2 has limited leg room due to seatinf angle, we also had 4-6-8 and all are great seats with extra leg room and no one in front of you

Honestly, this was such a good deal. The seats were a bit tight for a tall fellow. Also, Exit signs stay illuminated throughout performance. All in all this section is cozy and intimate.
Good view of the stage even though you can't really see a third of it or the back, but legroom is awful because of the curve of the barrier. If you have long-ish legs, it's going to press against it the entire time with zero legroom for stretching or adjusting.

Nice to be in the front row but hard to see over bar, so not great for kids or those who are shorter.

Can't see back corner of the stage. Seats are even height with the stage so it's a little hard to see what's happening low on the stage

A full view of the stage and chandelier, but quite far from the stage.

Amazing view! Lots of leg room since no one is in front of you!
Section Balcony RC
Can see the whole stage. Red velvet barriers are just far enough away not to block any of the stage
