There is no bad seat in this theater! Lots of legroom and comfortable seats.

Sat B1 and B2. Ok seats for the price. Very up close and not much obstruction.

Amazing view, only thing is that if you're someone who, during intermission, stands up, this might not be the seat for you, since it's pretty much front and center.
Lotto seat. We did miss a tiny bit stage right, but nothing major. Seats are pretty narrow and can be uncomfortable if you have hips or are overr 5'10”

It's a smaller theater that's arranged well so most seats have a good view.
Small well laid out venue. Seats at enough of a slope that there is full visibility, even if you're behind someone.
