Taken January 2026. Awesome seats for an enchanting show. The rake is steep, so no heads in front of you, and it's in the center and from above so you get a full view of all scenes, including both apartments. Loved this experience.
Great seat, just about smack dab in the middle. Heads in front of you may obstruct the downstage area

Mezzanine overhang blocks the very top of the stage, but nothing too bad (some text and one scene where they stack the stages). A speaker and light cuts off more of the top. In sold out shows, the standing room only tickets are directly behind.
Aisle seat. Padded back. Leg room is good for average height. Good seat windowing. Not a steep seat grade, so a tall person may block the view even if theyre a few rows up.
Great seats, Belasco is an intimate theater, so anywhere in the center orchestra or mezz is a great seat I belive. Plus every seats are elevated in the orchestra, over all good seats, great experience.

Very side view of the stage, but since you are further back, it didn't block anything. There were some parts for this particular set that I could not see just because of the set design.
Heavily obstructed view. 1 seat over would be MUCH better. (Price was fantastic though.) The stage goes far back and from this seat you will definitely miss a fair bit. When the actors come forward the view is naturally fantastic due to proximity.
Rush seat. Far side orchestra (especially Row E forward and the first few seats in from the side aisle) will have notably restricted sightlines due to the "boxed" structure of the set. The cast does a great job of acting downstage, but you will miss visual context in some scenes. This far to the side, even small distances make a difference. My partner sitting just one seat to the right missed things that I saw!

Not an awful for MHE! I could see mostly everything in the center, however there was a little action downstage sometimes where you had to lean in, but it was manageable.

The seats were good. They are just chairs that aren't secured to the floor so you can move them around in the box. For this specific show you often go obstructed by the sets however we still saw most of the show perfectly well.
(Tall person reviewing ) Rail does block accent lighting if youre shorter it may block things downstage side elements are out of view but it isnt enough to be bad

This seat was further right than I was hoping. You'll miss some set designs in the apartments due to the angle

Really restricted view. Cannot see scenes on the apron. Can barely see scenes inside the rooms with the screens down.
Not bad leg room, good view. The only issue is during Maybe Happy Ending, they came all the way downstage and I couldn't see any of it

Great seats! Could see and hear everything no problem. Legroom isn't the best but that seemed to be every seat in the theatre. I'd sit here again!
