    Honestly as soon as I sat down I applauded myself for picking some great seats. Front and center, not too close and not too far. Viewing experience was great.

    This seat should be considered obstructed view. When sitting normally you cannot see the left side of the stage and there’s always the railing in your view. In order to see properly you need to lean forward which then blocks others’ view.

    Roomier seat than most theatres. Ok leg room (5'7" F) hence the aisle seat. Great balcony view. Live captioning visible from here if you have great eyesight.
