Good seat for the price ($45.00). I'm 6'3 and I didn't have trouble seeing over the rail but a short person or child might have trouble seeing over the rail. Great sound and decent view. Would buy again.

I wore my prescription glasses, but because of the distance from the performer, it was difficult to see his facial expressions. The rows are elevated, but tall people and ladies with tall hairdos obstructed my view. Also, it was hot up there.
