This is the best seat in the house. Perfect view, great leg room.

Great view from this seat and it's the first seat into the theater so easy access. However this seat sits on a platform with a step up. The cut in for the step is under the seat, so one of your leg will dangle into the step and the other will be level with the platform unless you sit tight legged. There is no warning when purchasing the ticket. Also, the sound booth is immediately to your left. The soundmen were talking throughout the show whjch was distracting.

I am sore after an hour and a half in this seating position. It would definitely make me rethink seeing a show in this thester in the future.

The space for accessible seating is just in front of this seat so the leg room was excellent. The view was perfect too.
