  • Vivian Beaumont Theater, section: Orchestra L, row: E, seat: 103
    Floyd Collins
No obstructions and very close to the stage. It's an angled view of the stage but the staging is pretty minimal so you don't really miss much. Jeremy Jordan spends most of his time on this side.
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Balcony, row: K, seat: 134
    Ragtime
You definitely feel the distance from the stage. Bring binoculars if you want to see faces and expressions. Some obstructions from the heads in front of you when the actors are very downstage.
  • Longacre Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: Q, seat: 109
    Dead Outlaw
Perfect view, no obstructions and could still see facial expressions despite it being the back row. The sound is a bit loud. You are seated in a cute three-seat nook and first seat to the row, so you have plenty of leg room on the right.
  • Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: D, seat: 107
    Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends
Amazing seat with no obstructions. You feel very close to the stage and see all facial expressions, like they're singing directly to you! You have to tilt up very slightly, but that didn't bother my neck.
  • Hudson Theatre, section: Dress Circle R, row: B, seat: 6
    The Last Five Years
Great seat with no obstructions. Could see facial expressions and felt close to the stage. Highly recommend!
  • John Golden Theatre, section: Rear Mezzanine R, row: H, seat: 24
    Operation Mincemeat
Despite it being the last row, I had no issues seeing the stage. No obstructions from the set and you could still see facial expressions just fine. Actors are mostly in the middle or upstage so you're able to see over all the heads in front of you.

  • Music Box Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: H, seat: 19
    The Picture of Dorian Gray
Very good seat. No major obstructions. There are a few times where some of the screens will block the view of other screens but you don't really miss much because there are so many of them and they move, so you'll still see what's going on.
  • Peter Jay Sharp Theatre At Playwrights Horizon, section: Orchestra, row: B, seat: 5
    Many Happy Returns
Great seat, no obstructions. Note seats at not staggered between the rows, so you will be sitting directly behind someone's head. I was able to see fine in my case but you may have to lean a bit if your view is blocked. Great legroom!
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Mezzanine C, row: J, seat: 118
    Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater
Good seat with no major obstructions. There is an overhang from the balcony which blocked the very top of some of the background projections, but it doesn't really detract. Nearly dead center seat with a decent rake so no heads in the way.
  • Longacre Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: M, seat: 110
    Swept Away
Perfect seat for the show! No obstructions and had a full view of stage but still close enough to see all facial expressions. Would recommend this seat!
  • St. James Theatre, section: Mezzanine R, row: R, seat: 10
    Sunset Boulevard
Overall, not a bad seat for being last row, v solid view. There's a big screen for projections and I was able to see that fully though view is obstructed when the characters are at the very front of the stage, but that doesn't happen too often.
  • Belasco Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: O, seat: 106
    Maybe Happy Ending
Could see all of the set where the main characters are. Overhang blocks the very top part of projections but you still get 95% of the effect. When side characters are at the very front of stage, view may be blocked by heads but no real action takes place.

  • Belasco Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: F, seat: 21
    Appropriate
Great seat, nearly full view of stage. A few brief moments where you can't see the entrances/exits from the extreme left of stage but no way essential to play.
  • Shubert Theatre, section: Balcony L, row: H, seat: 25
    Hell's Kitchen
Despite being so far from stage, a really great view and no obstructions. Good rake to the seats so you can see over all the heads. Will miss half of the band and some of the ensemble when they're on the very left scaffolding prop but not critical to show
  • Longacre Theatre, section: Mezzanine C, row: H, seat: 110
    Lempicka
Could see 85% of show. Balcony overhang obscures some scenery that hangs high on the stage. Rake of seats is shallow, so unable to see moments when actors are at the very front of the stage. Sometimes hard to see between everyone's heads
  • Music Box Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: D, seat: 21
    Suffs
No obstructions and great view of stage, can see all facial expressions. Even though the seat is pretty far left, the action is all center stage, so you will not miss anything. Note legroom is quite tight!!
