Great view, the theater feels more intimate than other Broadway theaters I've been to. The seats themselves are nice.

This seat was the best view I could ask for for this particular show, as it had a great view of both the tree and any time the actors were downstage.

Maybe Happy Ending

A decent amount of blocking happens very far downstage, which you can't see unless you lean all the way forward in your seat. I could see everyone else in the balcony lean forward at the same time when actors went downstage and people's heads were in the way no matter what. I wouldn't sit in this row again.

St. James Theatre

Sunset Boulevard

The overhang cuts off the top of the large screen upstage so I occasionally had to bend a little bit to try see it (& I'm 5'1”), but it wasn't significant enough to irritate me, especially since the ticket was $45. Great view over people's heads if you're able to stand for the length of the show.
