Sunset BoulevardI'm 5'8” and this pic was taken from eye level. This seat was okay. There were a lot of times where the railing was blocking the view of the actors. The leg room was not great in this theatre either. There were also only 2 bathroom stalls in the women's restroom on the balcony level in this theatre so it took forever during intermission.Balcony RsectionCrow32seat

Death Becomes HerI'm 5'8” and this pic was taken from eye level. This seat was great! I was on the aisle so I was able to stretch my legs out, but my friend's legs were a little tightly squeezed.Front Mezzanine RsectionDrow2seat

John Proctor Is The VillainI'm 5'8” and this pic was taken from eye level. This seat was amazing! The theatre is so small and intimate that every seat is probably a really good seat. The seats are very tight. I have broad shoulders and I had to keep them crossed so I wasn't touching the person next to me, which was hard to do since I was sobbing throughout the play haha!Mezzanine RsectionGrow6seat

GypsyI'm 5'8” and this pic was taken from eye level. This was such as amazing seat. The view was basically perfect! There were some very minor moments where I had to slightly lean forward to see past the railing but other than that it was perfect!Front Mezzanine LsectionArow1seat

Maybe Happy EndingI'm 5'8” and this pic was taken from eye level. I was pretty happy with this seat! There were a few minor scenes where the railing was blocking my view but the scenes weren't super important. I tried not to lean forward so that the people behind me didn't have to lean forward as well haha! I know there's a lot of debate that sitting directly in the middle is the best for this show, however I feel like the effects were not lost sitting slightly off to the side. If you're debating on if you should get this seat or not, do it!!Balcony RsectionArow12seat
