Good leg room, very high- decent birds eye view, do not sit here if you have issues with heights. Seats are comfortable and there's a safety railing in front of you. Great air conditioning

We felt like these were perfect seats to see the whole stage and also still see facila expressions. This is a smaller theater anyway so I dont think you get any “bad” seats. The actors acknowledge all areas of the theater and we were very happy with these seats. Very little leg room so be prepared - your knees will touch the seat in front of you
