    The Wiz
Great view. Very little rake, so I was lucky the people in front didn't block my view. The seats are small
  • Eugene O'Neill Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: K, seat: 114
    The Book of Mormon
Good for seeing facial expressions and the statue ...
  • Lena Horne Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: K, seat: 2
    Six
Great view of the stage, nothing obstructing my view. Seat was comfortable since I leaned toward the aisle side (and away from the woman next to me who kept putting her feet up).
  • Stephen Sondheim Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: Q, seat: 6
    & Juliet
Greats views and comfortable seating. Lots of room for my hips and my shoulders didn't touch another person's, although these seats aren't as wide as the ones at The Hudson Theatre. No one's head blocked my view, they did a great job renovating this theater.
  • St. James Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: J, seat: 17
    Illinoise
Seats are so narrow. Have to sit with elbows and arms in, tho you’ll probably touch your neighbor. There was a bigger lady on my left side so her thighs kept touching me. The only good thing was that this was the first row of the back mezzanine, so was able to stretch my ankles a little under the railing
  • Hudson Theatre, section: Dress Circle R, row: C, seat: 2
    Merrily We Roll Along
The Hudson Theatre has the best seating of all the theaters in NYC. I'm amazed at how wide these seats are. My hips had room and no one was touching my shoulders. I could actually relax and sit back to enjoy the show. There was a little less cushioning than other theaters, tho, with these seats being a little harder. The site lines are also amazing, since the stage is set back enough that everyone (or at least the front mezz) can see the whole stage without peoples' heads being in the way. Wish all theaters had such good seats and views.

  • Al Hirschfeld Theatre, section: Mezzanine C, row: B, seat: 107
    Moulin Rouge
slightly obstructed view due to people on front, their heads and the lighting. Actors come out to the audience at times and that's obstructed. Audience members with poor theater etiquette who lean forward will also obstruct the view.
  • Broadway Theatre - 53rd Street, section: Front Mezzanine R, row: F, seat: 3
    The Great Gatsby
A little bit of the stage left not seen but all of the action is pretty much in the middle anyway. Legroom and shoulder room are definitely tight
  • Shubert Theatre, section: Balcony R, row: D, seat: 26
    Hell's Kitchen
Seats are okay, some views obstructed for parts of the show when the action faces the left side of the theater. Mostly, view depends on how tall the person in front is. And if they're acting like they're at a concert instead of a theater production.
  • Walter Kerr Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: F, seat: 9
    Hadestown
Great views of the whole set. Seats were so narrow - no shoulder room and no legroom.
  • Broadway Theatre - 53rd Street, section: Rear Mezzanine LC, row: H, seat: 116
    Here Lies Love
Most of the action is played for the mezz, I feel. Read mezz is fine because the big screens is used for closeups at times. You're looking at the main stage, the moving stage, the screen and other others close to mezz when they bring the action closer to the seated audience.
  • Nederlander Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: Q, seat: 114
    Shucked
Last row of orchestra, with a support pillar to my right - a solo seat with no one on my sides. View gets blocked by the person in front of you.

    Parade
Good view from the mezz, especially since the stage is built up. A little bit of the right bottom area of the stage was covered by the man in front of me when he kept moving his head. I had to move my head to see a few of the scenes happening on that area.
