Seats wide enough for a real person. Im 5'7", went with my brother and he's 6'4", we both had plenty of leg room

5'9" and have about an inch of clearance between my knees.amd the row in front of me. Plus-sized folks need to be ready to touch arms with a stranger. If there was more arm rest space, I'd give it a 5, literally all other variables are stellar.

EXCELLENT LEG ROOM. If you're a giant, it over here. The view is killer, it's 4 rows away from the stage, all the seats in front of you are loose chairs, you're in the last row of theater seats. There is a large marble pillar IMMEDIATELY to the right, but it doesn't cause any issues, theres a seperate entrance for the chair seats. It's so lovely to be able to stretch/cross your legs in a theater.
