I think there are very few if any bad seats in this house, but front row mezzanine is awesome! We were further to the side, but that meant that the lights were not in front of us. There is less foot room, but that's because there is a giant step thing in front of you, very comfortable if you always dream of getting to put your feet up.

I took this picture from eye level. I think these are incredible seats! I am 5'6” and had enough legroom, fine for knees but toes touching the next row. Good rake.

Reasonable legroom, the overhang blocks a very small part of the visual vertical stage, but the seat is right next to the door to leave the theater so it's amazing to get to the bathroom at intermission
