  • City Winery, Philadelphia, section: Gallery, row: 753, seat: C
Aimee Mann tour: Aimee Mann & Ted Leo Christmas Show
They should angle the tables. The stage isn't very high so whether or not you can see from the back tables depends on who is sitting next to you.
  • The Met Philadelphia, section: Grand Salle Box 16, row: A, seat: 4
    Jon Batiste
Close up but left side of stage is obstructed if you are short. Lots of leg room though.
  • The Met Philadelphia, section: Grand Salle Box 16, row: B, seat: 4
They charge a premium for this view of a pillar.
  • Music Hall at World Cafe Live, section: Mezzanine, row: 503, seat: 1
Ruston Kelly tour: pale through the window
End seat by aisle so easy access to bar and restrooms.
  • Wellmont Theater, section: Loge C, row: A, seat: 119
Vampire Weekend tour: Only God Was Above Us
Great seats! Especially because you can't hear people talking loudly in the bar downstairs.
  • Wellmont Theater, section: Premier C, row: AA, seat: 104
    Vampire Weekend
All Premier rows are the same level so AA is great but back rows might be hard to see if you're short. Selection elevated above gen adm floor.

  • The Met Philadelphia, section: Grand Salle Box 5, row: B, seat: 6
Vampire Weekend tour: Only God Was Above Us Part 2
The second (B) row of the boxes are okay if the people in row A are sitting. They shouldn't be selling seats in the 3rd and 4th rows of these boxes - the views are so obstructed that the people on those rows end of standing or crouching in the aisle.
  • TD Pavilion at the Mann, section: Prime, row: K, seat: 306
    Goo Goo Dolls
The floor in Prime doesn't have much pitch, so if you are short can be difficult to see when people are standing.
  • Wellmont Theater, section: Upper Balcony R, row: H, seat: 18
    Sophisti Cuffs
Seats behind entrance to balcony - very good view as no people in front.
