    Miss Saigon
SOUND SYSTEM SUDDENLY SUCKS NOW, I wonder why...sometimes the ensemble drowns out the main leads?? It seems like a MBS thing rather than Miss Saigon but the musical being like that did not help. You do get to see most of the stage (the helicopter looked great from our seats tbh) BUT THIS MF CHAIR SQUEAKY as fk so watch out if you wanna ya know (winky face). Anywhos, the musical meh, seat great, sound meh, just go watch Wicked (in Australia) man.

    Wicked
Actual review - it was more to the back, so not as immersive as all the other days but you get FLOORED with (rustling noise) confetti. Anyways this was closing so I will close up my review of Wicked too I guess. I really expected myself to get bored of Wicked cause like jesus I watched it a total of 5 times in a row?? But it was actually so good that I did not get sick of it and I enjoyed each experience. Like I really would not have traded this experience for something else. I'm so glad to have made the decision to go to Australia to watch this so I don't get spoiled by Wicked the movie...yes did I tell you why we even went to AU in the first place?? Sounds dumb I know but it was worth every penny. Now this is where I tell you to go watch a musical or something but just go watch Wicked. Do it, you won't regret it. Also the daily motivation slogan has been updated from 'You can't die, you haven't watched Wicked' to 'You can't die, you haven't watched Wicked in SG'. Super looking forward to seeing Wicked in like 6 months!!!

    Six
It is about time you know that I am more than just Wicked, I am also SIXXXXX. It is extremely crucial for you to know that I have watched AU Cast of SIX and will be enjoying this more than West End Six when it ultimately comes to SG. This was also the place that made me realise that it was not just Wicked that was loud and that old theatres are really good. Anyways an actual review is that it's low-key kinda stuffy so it has that feet smell about it and it's kinda hot. But the smell is not that strong so once you're used to the air, you're fine. It was so magical telling the cast that we came from SG, especially Zelia cause we had to EARN her interest by saying we saw her as Angelica. And ofc there was miss blue eyes white dragon but that was not my experience so welp you'll only get to know her nickname. Anyways 10/10 musical, even better that it was loud af. Loved it

    Wicked
So we choose to watch the mat cause why not, get an understudy for funsies...yet Miss Sheridan over here decided to be like how Edern is to Hilty and stalk our ass into doing mat. Anyways Wicked does immersion really well man, like the whole fairy lights in the ballroom made me feel like I was in there as well, watching Glinda show herself and her showcase the depth of her character and also seeing her identifying herself as Elphaba's girlfriend...yes that happened, I was there and if you didn't see it, I think we are not watching the same musical.

    Wicked
I AM BACK. Yes we are on review 3 of my wicked experience..for the seats, you know the drill. Great seats, can't see the dragoon but you get a great trade off cause up close and personal? With the ensemble doing their thing? It was a heavenly experience. There is something so nice about a theatre that was built without speakers in mind because the moment you add the speakers, everything sounded really loud and it adds to the whole experience. It was also a really fun day cause it was someone else's first time watching Wicked and they were having a great time during that part because they kept laughing till they coughed which THEN MADE GOOFY over here laugh out loud and that cause the ENSEMBLE to laugh and man, I too could not NOT laugh. Wicked is truly an experience and everyone should go watch a mu- Wicked.

    Wicked
Terrible camera angle but totally can see the time dragon clock. Please refer to @atherys's photo review for a better image. Anywhos back to Wicked. It was like the best thing to happen because not only was it my first time watching wicked (it was really good, like a really good, fun and funny musical with insane numbers), I spent like 3k for an insane theatre run WHILE enjoying a nice break from the hustle and bustle of my home country. So yea wow wicked changed my life for good cause my favourite country is now Australia. I will be back. Trust me on that.

    Wicked
HO MY GOD!!!! WICKEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I waited my whole entire life for this (by that I mean since my frontal lobe development till now - 3 years). The moment it developed, I told myself (by that I mean someone psycho-ed me into thinking) that I cannot die because I have yet to see Wicked. It was crucial that my first experience be the best and it was. Best seats to see the whole time dragon clock and still be part of that immersive light shining on you during defying gravity thing. It was such an experience and I will be talking more about it in the other reviews because this is too long already and I am watching this for like how many times? Ok see you on my other reviews, peace out

4.5 actually. Insane day, De'Aundre and Darnell's last day? Insane riffs, insane belts, insane emotions. Show stopping, jaw dropping, 10/10 would want to live through this again. PLUS SD WAS INSANE, THANK YOU AKINA, LOVE YOU. Imagine not going to a closing because you went to a local production of DEH? Couldn't be me

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL - so personal that Indigo kept looking at us and laughed at us :') GAME CHANGER when miss ensemble member said she saw us from the stage and told Eliza about it too. I love you Indigo, please please come back and do Chicago

Insane day, heard Charlotte from MURICA came down and lost my shit. Thank you to the lady in front that decided to leave her seat to watch from the sidelines, insane unblocked view. CHARLOTTE WAS A BEAST, loved her and loved going "CHARLOTTE X5" until she noticed us. Loved telling her to sign on the center...i mean like THE HONOUR? yes girl you deserve it all. 10/10 recommended day

Decent seats, packed like fkin sardines when trying to leave - bad if you wanna SD. Musical experience that day was a 6/10. Hany was the epitome of "go girl, give us nothing". The only worse thing that could have happened would be Julien Burr and Hany Schuyler...

10/10 It was amazing to see Marcus up close right next to De'aundre. 10/10 performance from my 2 US bois. The contrast in character was chef's kiss. Was super happy to have seen perfection up close.

Lottery tickets - super worth it for the price point. Sound system kinda iffy from the side tho, seems to either be a Hamilton thing or a Sands Theatre thing.

Audio is well balanced from the center, 10/10 recommend the musical, don't recommend the channel of purchasing the ticket tho.

    Matilda the Musical
(actual review of the seat is at seat 43's review) Well I did buy two tickets cause musicals are great and fun and more people should be watching them so I brought my mum. We almost couldn't make it because I was at a wake but while I was there...i kept thinking about 'going to a musical or something' but everything worked out so I went to watch matilda and no regrets. Everyone should go watch a musical or something.

    Matilda the Musical
Accurate rating is 3.5 since I can't do .5 here. Can see 'atilda' instead of 'tilda' from row F. Would prefer to sit closer to the stage, especially for matilda since it does not make that much of a difference so I would like to see their pores more.
  • Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands, section: Stalls Left, row: F, seat: 41
    Matilda the Musical
Can only see the 'tilda' of 'matilda' if that is a good indication of how much I can see. Able to view most of the main action so good seat for price. I will be back for mORE MUSICALS
