Plenty of leg room, railing is a minor annoyance though if you're shorter (photo taken from perspective of a 5'10 male) or here to see a more visual performance I could see how it could be problematic.

Unobstructed view. Near the A/V systems so could be a minor distraction depending on the type of production. Leg room is well above average and seats are padded.
