Good view, seat generally comfortable with sufficient leg room. This area has seats which presumably can be taken out to reconfigure the floor area. Banks of about 7 seats which all unfortunately rock if anyone makes a slight movement. Very disconcerting

Row 1 has a good view of the organ and the whole stage. Granted, you generally see the backs of heads on stage but most acts turn around to acknowledge those in the choir seats. Not a huge amount of leg room if you are tall.
