Seats are not labelled as obstructed view, but they definitely are. Railing cuts through the center of the stage.rnrnAlso, the seat map is misleading. These seats are actually further back than all of the balcony seats.

It is the furthest back row of the theater, the balcony is not above it though (that seems to be above rows A-G). Can see the entire stage without any issue. Lots of legroom so sneaking past people to go to the restroom or get a drink is not difficult.

Back of the theatre, could still hear and see all the actors. The balcony above was a bit distracting.

Seats 42-44 in this aisle have a little extra leg room because they're on an angle with no seats in front of them

Great view. Nothing cut off. Not the closest but it's not that big of a theater so it's definitely not bad for the money saved by not sitting closer.

View from the last row in the mezzanine (previously called the box seats before the recent renovations). Able to see and hear everything clearly but do miss some of the face acting. Lots of leg room and no issues with seeing over the folks in front of us.

Great seats! The section is very close to the venue exit and bathrooms
I bought one of the "obstructed view" seats to see Hamilton. For the price, I thought I still had a decent view of the stage, even though the far side of the stage was not visible from my seat.

Worst seat in the house - no leg room, maybe 1" between right side of chair and wall, and maybe 6" between left side of chair wall. This seat should not even be sold, especially at full price.
