Good value for a decent view. You just need to hope that the action happens on your end because the Opposite end is too far. 1st row is great, nice rail to set my iPhone to record video. $255 per seat.

247 is VIP. This is the closest you can be to VIP and still be in the Club Seats. Restrooms are right above. Downside: food option is limited to one basic restaurant, and the larger area is only for all inclusive VIP. But you can just go to 249 to ear more
The speaker tower completely blocked my view of the right-hand side of the stage, and a large portion of what I could see was just the floor, where the maintenance crew was mopping and sweeping throughout the show. Wished for a different seat for $230.

Zoomed in at 2.5x Glass barrier on the left which barely affects the full clear view of the stage. Access to 1 stairway. Great seats overall!
One of the best seats! I had a prop blocking the right screen, but it wasn’t a big deal since I was on the left side and had a good view of the left screen. The leg room was tight, though!
