Great sight line to the stage. You are level with stage. Row A & B are connected flipdown folding chairs, not bolt on seats. The legs of the chairs get in the way if you stand for a concert.

Had to rotate to view the stage and not a lot of leg room, but not bad seats for the venue.
Sound and lighting was phenomenal. Great view from the front row.

really great seats, but i wouldn't recommend for anyone too tall- i'm 5'4 and my knees were touching the railing

Not the most comfortable seats, but not terrible to view the stage.
You will have to turn your head to see the stage. Aisle seat. Padded. Right next to exit which leads to bathrooms and concessions.
