Great seat. Actual first row of mezzanine. Lots of extra leg room due to open space. Not high enough for a perfect view (see picture). People in last row of Orch will still block partial view.

Seat is near a single restroom and exit. If you get 23 & 25 you have the isle. Only downside is you can’t see top of scenery.

Very front row for Harry Potter. You can see beads of sweat on the actors faces but miss all the action/magic from the middle to back of the stage

Great seat with a great view of everything on stage... as long as you don't have an extremely tall person fidgeting in their seat in front of you like I did.

Amazing seats. It was like the actors were in our laps. The only thing we couldn’t see was the actors’ shoes.

Got these seats with rush tickets ($25) and thought they were great! Unobstructed and easy to see even as a short 5’2” person.

My seat from the top balcony, row J. Better than I was expecting.
This seat is in one of the side boxes in the orchestra. Photo from a performance of Dear Evan Hansen. Back corner of the stage is definitely blocked but nice view otherwise. Seat can be moved around the box
