High up. The seats are old and tight. Cup holders are on the arm rests so you're fighting for it with the person next to you. Glass pane and people walking back to their seats was annoying

actually a lot more closer in person considering it’s the highest level. Would recommend if you don’t mind the angle seats or height, overall good view and comfortable.
