Good view, although some bits are slightly obstructed by the safety rail. Leg room a bit tight for me at 5'7

Need to lean forward a lot, especially if the row in front leans forward. Restricted view of downstage right, where a fair amount of action happens.

Seat cheap and cheerful. Vision: restricted from handrail but easily overcome by moving head from side to side! Legroom: fine for 5'5" female but a tall bloke might feel squashed (that said, seat is end of aisle so long legs could dangle into staircase)
This is next door to the Lyric Theatre, and has far more comfortable seats. Dead centre too.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Such disappointing seats. You will miss all the action centred on the reception, behind the reception and the office. If you lean over you may catch the counter but thats it. 30% to 40% of the action lost. 100% disappointed.
Seat is very tight on the knees and calves in this section, but I have had worse. View is good, clearer than the view of Torquay from the bedroom window of this play's hotel.
Excellent seat and value for money. I’m 5ft4, and had two very tall people sat in front but had a perfect view between them without adjusting myself. Fifth star would be purely if it were closer to the stage.
Had to lean a little to see around the people in front but I could see most of it clearly enough. Seats are quite narrow so I was touching thighs with the person next to me.
The photo is my view if sat back correctly in the seat, so not great. However(!), there is nobody behind you so you can lean right forward for a fab view of the stage. Heads are cut off for the 1 short scene in the bedroom. No hardship! Fab cheap seat!!!
This seat gave a very clear view of the stage. Despite being very close and having to look upwards, it was a very comfortable experience and we could see the whole of the stage from where we were.
Perfect seat, great leg room and as you can see, you feel like you are on the stage. Only downfall is you will have to slightly look up but it's not a huge issue
The seat is on the very back row of the stalls next to the sound booth (on your right). It has good leg room and a great view. There is a good rake so you can easily see right through to the stage only missing the very top of the stage due to the overhang.

Brilliant seats! Leg room fine. Top right corner covered by lighting but didn’t effect view.

You will have to lean forward the whole time to see the show, the bar is also in the way of the stage.

Good view apart from the far right of the stage.
