3rd row. Front and Center-ish but not too front. Amazing seats. Great leg room.

Right in the center, second row back. Direct view of the stage. You don't even see the orchestra seats, so nice, immersive experience!

Stage is obscured at the top by the support beam. Also, tall people might need to duck to get to the top row.

GET THE BACK ROW. I don't love this theater for the seating chart but for the first act of the show I sat down and leaned over a little and I was fine. But for the second act I STOOD/LEANED AGAINST THE CHAIR and I could see everything and I wasn't blocking Anyone and the usher said it was fine too. So if I go to this theater again I would get back row.

1st row in the rear mezzanine. Nobody in front so you have a clear view and plenty of leg room. Not bad. Aisle seat too. Only 3 seats in this row.
