SixPretty good given they were lottery ticket. That overhang sucks in this theater. If you're ever looking to get amazing seats for a good price, get partial view row m on orchestra (none further back) or partial view dress circleMezzanine RCsectionMrow312seat

SixExcellent view, almost dead center and absolutely no heads blocking your view. The seats are narrow and tight. While this is an aisle seat, there is an L-shaped railing on the end that will literally be up against your right leg/knee for most people.Rear Mezzanine LCsectionErow115seat

SixPretty crappy view. Don't let "front row" fool you. The wall in front of you will block half of the stage. Really should be sold as "obstructed view"Balcony LCsectionArow405seat

anonymousSixAmazing view even with someone sat in front of you, great leg room. Theatre is small but tall and well managed, show is only 1hr 15mins without an interval so very easily digested.StallssectionCrow11seat

SixBe wary of rows higher than U in Orch-L & Orch-R due to dress circle overhang & post. Set of SIX was not tall, so seats were tolerable. Would've been bad in a high set like Hamilton. Hubby & son moved to Y1 & Z1 with MUCH better sight lines.Orchestra RsectionYrow7seat

anonymousSixLikely the furthest back you can be before the overhang blocks your view. Nice views of stageDress Circle LCsectionCrow233seat

SixGood angle on theater. Depends on how tall you are compared to the person in front of youOrchestra CsectionLrow107seat
