Great seat for $50. In 5'6” and my knee hit the wall in front on one side. It is advertised as limited leg room though. Couldn't see far left of stage but would purchase again.

21 June 2025. Seats are quite narrow, especially the armrests. Decent legroom. Excellent views of all areas of stage. There are binoculars in the backs of the row ahead that you can rent but we didn't do this. Good slope on the rows in front for vision

Amazingly close seats, you can see costume details and emotions on the cast's faces. However, it does cut off most the entire left side of the stage. I think it's a good place if you have seen a show before and you want to feel up close and personal.
  • Richard Rodgers Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: T, seat: 8
    Hamilton
Excellent seat to see the entire set. This might well be the last row where the mezzanine overhang did not obstruct the view. Rows are somewhat tiered and staggered. However, the person next to me felt the legroom was tight.
  • Richard Rodgers Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: Q, seat: 9
    Hamilton
Stage appeared much closer in person than it does in this picture. Excellent seats!

First row of upper level. Very narrow seating, but great views of stage.

    Full view of the stage

Can't get much closer to the action in "The room where it happened." Actually 2nd row. Furthest left seat, but you don't miss any action. IMO furthest left aisle is better than same seat on right. No seat directly in front, so phenomenal legroom!
  • Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center, section: Orchestra L, row: E, seat: 103
    Hamilton
Front row of the section. I think this makes it a perfect seat as no one is blocking your view and you have plenty of leg room but some may be annoyed with people potentially walking in front of you during the show.
  • Des Moines Civic Center, section: Gg, row: 7, seat: 89
  • San Diego Civic Theatre, section: Balcony R, row: O, seat: 2
    Hamilton
Considered possible obstructed view because of the slant, but you can still see the whole stage!
  • Richard Rodgers Theatre, section: Front Mezzanine C, row: B, seat: 111
    Hamilton
Steep flight of stairs to get up here but seats are great.

Fantastic seats, very tiny bit at the front of the stage not visible- but you don't miss anything. My 6ft sons knees where just barely touching the wall infront and myself at 5.7” had plenty of room. The seats are roomy too.
