Horrible obstruction from the column and the balcony overhang

Great seats! Good view of the whole stage and all of the choreography which would have less visible in same price seats in the stalls. As others have said, it helps to have a view from above the stage.

I am 5’6” and the guys in front of me about 5’10 maybe even 6’ - the seats are well tiered so unless the person is really tall or you are really short, its not an issue. My wife who was next to me is 5’2

Can’t see who is standing on the balcony at all, but choreography seems to account for this really well. Not the best seats in the house, but wouldn’t hesitate to sit here again if the price was right or pickings were slim.

We've seen the show twice, both times in these seats! The best especially for slightly less price than Dress Circle Center. You miss a little staging on stage left, but nothing significant. Best part...no one in front of you! And because the dress circle is low, it almost feels like you're on the main floor because it's situated about 12 rows or so from stage and not so high from floor like the balcony.

Pole on the left became an issue during some scenes. Also can't see top half of set due to mezzanine overhang.

I was hoping the view was better but we really did miss a lot and I had to lean over the bar to see. And we were above the stage looking down so I felt like we didn't get the full experience. I now understand why these seats were cheaper.

Great seats. Close enough to see the actors but also has a great view of the stage movements.

Great seats on aisle left of center. Significantly less expensive than middle rows and very similar and unobstructed views

Great seats. Limited legroom, but most of the theater is like this.

The speakers on the left obscure a portion of the stage.

Awesome seat. There was some problems seeing the very front of the stage and the front right of the stage, but besides that there wasn't any problems.

Amazing seats!! Could see facial expressions well.
