Great Seats! We had 34 - 39 and the view was perfect. Kids and Adults were happy. Full View of the entire show! Lots of steps though to climb!

Great view for the price!! Missed some of the action towards the left side of the stage but nothing major. Most parts are center stage so you can see everything very clearly!!

You need to weigh pluses and minuses for these seats. They are much cheaper, in some cases half the price of seats that are 20 feet away to the right. The seats are close and you can see the expressions on actors faces, etc. Action on far left of the stage will be blocked, but you'll see 90 pct of everything. I'd rather sit in these than ones in the back rows of the mezz or balcony.

Amazing seats for the price. Comfortable and a surprisingly good view for the very top of the theatre. Did find I had to lean forward to get a good view at some points in the show.
