    Didn't sit here, but took a photo after the show to show the view. Slight limited view of house right depending on the set design. Center stage is visible. "Private" section since no one in front, behind or near you.

    Seats were good. Felt house right was slightly obstructed, but it might be due to the set design. Seat does not have anyone behind, so it was nice to hang my coat over the back or not worry about blocking anyone's view.

    Had seats 393 and 395. 395 was listed as partially obstructed. Ive had partially obstructed seats before and they were always fine. This was totally obstructed. However,I was able to lean far forward and rest my arms on the bar and had a decent view.

    One of the best mezz seats I've ever sat in. Great view of the entire stage, only slightly off-center. Seats felt tighter due to winter coats and scarves, etc. But a fantastic show and theatre to match!

    Great seat! Especially if you are on a budget and looking for a slightly reduced ticket price. I wouldn’t recommend sitting any closer to the stage, but this seat is definitely the way to go if you want to be close to the action at a good price.
