  • August Wilson Theatre, section: Kit Kat Klub Mezzanine 3, row: B, seat: 10

Original mezzanine. Great, immersive view for this show. The railing doesn't obstruct the view at all.

this production is in the round but they make a point to turn around all of the time so you don’t miss much. bathroom is in the basement so make sure you go before the show. beautiful show :)
  • August Wilson Theatre, section: Kit Kat Klub Mezzanine 4, row: C, seat: 224
    Cabaret
Great seat but actors definitely faced the front sections more often. I could see and hear perfectly from this seat in the rear mezzanine.
  • August Wilson Theatre, section: Kit Kat Klub Mezzanine 4, row: E, seat: 228

This was the mezz that was built for this production. Was the last row of that mezz in the middle. Great seat. You’re closer to the stage than the traditional mezz. Close to stage. Comfy (new) seat.

Great seats! This is on the original audience side, not the newly built seats on the old stage.
  • August Wilson Theatre, section: Kit Kat Klub Orchestra 1, row: E, seat: 114

No photos were allowed in the theatre for this show but hopefully I can shed some light on the layout to answer many of the questions I had when trying to choose a seat. First, the seating layout has been completely revamped in this theatre with a small stage now in the middle and seats on both sides of the stage. They truly do perform to both sides so don't get hung up on which side to be on. I was on the "traditional" side of the theatre which they perhaps played to only slightly more. Or maybe I felt that way since that's the side I was on but they definitely played to both. My seat was 5th row and center and absolutely perfect. It was an intimate setting and I was the right distance to all of the action. Looking around the theatre though I feel like all seats would be very good. Since the stage is in the middle, no seat is really far from the stage. The best seat is the one that allows you to experience this show!

  • August Wilson Theatre, section: Kit Kat Klub Mezzanine 3, row: A, seat: 2
    Cabaret
Much closer to the main stage than it appears in this pic. Excellent aisle seat with no obstructions.
  • Playhouse Theatre, section: Stalls, row: F, seat: 23
    Cabaret
Great seat. Feels very close to the stage
  • Playhouse Theatre, section: Dress Circle, row: D, seat: 11
    Cabaret
This seat was absolutely perfect; I could not have picked any better. D is a great row because you can clearly see the whole stage with no obstructions at all. Would highly recommend this seat.
  • Playhouse theatre, section: Dress circle, row: B, seat: 24
    Cabaret
Great view. Pitch is good so no obstruction. The large chandeliers ascend to the ceiling when the show starts. Event is in the round and the actors work hard to ensure everyone gets a great view. I feel they may have been bias to the side I was on.

Playhouse Theatre, section: Upper Circle, row: C, seat: 10
    Cabaret
Such a good view for the little price!
  • The Old Globe, section: Orchestra L, row: B, seat: 11
    Cabaret
Super close but it's a small stage so you don't miss out on the overall effect of the staging. Moderate leg room - definitely enough for a 5'3" individual. Looking around in the house, you'd probably get a great view from the balcony too. Some of these aisle seats have quite obstructed sight lines but four rows in I can see okay

Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, good seats for the price. Unable to see back center of stage due to stage design

The Old Globe, section: Orchestra R, row: C, seat: 6
    Cabaret
Clear view. Slightly raised above Row B. Extra elbow room off right elbow due to curve/break in row. Bit of space in front of legs (esp for seat 8) = a bit of extra room helpful for tall folks.
  • Alabama Shakespeare Festival, section: Orchestra, row: E, seat: 109
    Cabaret
A beautiful mainstage theater with excellent sightlines throughout. Spacious seats and leg room was fine. Perfect view of the entire stage from this seat!
  • Boyd-Quinson Stage at the BSC, section: Orchestra C, row: J, seat: 105
  • Dolores Winningstad Theatre, section: Tier 1 Section B, row: J, seat: 9
    Cabaret
    Great seat!
  • Playhouse Theatre, section: Dress Circle, row: L, seat: 12
    Cabaret
Excellent view. Some moments of the show are more focussed on the other side of the audience, but the show is well staged so you'll still have a great view of the action. The chandeliers rise at the beginning of the show and don't block any view. There's very little legroom.
  • Sunderland Empire, section: Stalls, row: C, seat: 31
  • Roundhouse Theatre at the WAAPA, section: Benches, row: Unreserved, seat: Unreserved
    Cabaret
A side view with restricted viewing. Some sight line issues through the railing - you will need to bob and weave a little.
