Good view. Never had to strain to see facial expressions. The very edge of stage left is cut off from view, though you don't substantively miss anything. Sound is fairly loud, as you are directly in the sound path of the above-head speaker. It's a mixed blessing: The sound is alternately clear and over-exposed.
