• Longacre Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: H, seat: 4
Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York)
Phenomenal seat and views of stage and actors. This is a show where it's worth being as close as possible.
  • Astor Place Theatre, section: Orch, row: FF, seat: 109
    Richard II
Phenomenal seat in a safety row of sorts, so extra legroom
  • Lyceum Theatre, Broadway, section: Orchestra R, row: J, seat: 18
    Oh, Mary!
Billed as partial but you only miss a small amount of stuff and it's nothing major. On the aisle too and you can get in and out of the theater easily.
  • St. James Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: F, seat: 3
    The Queen of Versailles
Great view but zero legroom (applies for any seat not on an aisle in this theater)
  • Booth Theatre, section: Mezzanine R, row: D, seat: 18
    Little Bear Ridge Road
totally fine being on the farthest seat on the mezz. You can mostly make out expressions which is pivotal for this play imho. On the aisle too. Racked mezz so no issue with tall people.
  • Vivian Beaumont Theater, section: Orchestra R, row: M, seat: 501
    Ragtime
Most action takes place in the center and a deeply raked theater so everything is clear but you don't get an idea of full scope being so much on the side.

  • Music Box Theatre, section: Mezzanine R, row: J, seat: 2
    Art
Typically a fine seat and clear view but if you're seeing art, this is a show where you want to be closer to the actors to see their faces and expressions.
  • New Amsterdam Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: L, seat: 2
  • SoHo Playhouse, section: Orchestra, row: I, seat: 2
    Can I be Frank?
Tight seats but on the aisle. Small theater so really no bad view.
  • Lyceum Theatre, Broadway, section: Orchestra R, row: L, seat: 18
    Oh, Mary!
Miss slight action on right but inconsequential (vs do NOT sit on opposite of this theater for this show). Clear view of stage and actors. Also on side aisle so leg room and easy to get in and out.
  • Greenwich House Theater, section: Ground, row: F, seat: 7
    Josh Sharpe's Ta-Da
Probably no bad seats in this small space
  • Orpheum Theater, New York, section: Orch, row: B, seat: 6
    Ginger Twinsies
Suuuuuper tight seat and a little too close but still very good.

  • Theatre Royal Drury Lane, section: Grand Circle, row: E, seat: 18
    Hercules
Third level up so you're a bit high but decent enough rack that the view is clear albeit a bit far. Super comfortable seats and on the aisle.
  • Harold Pinter Theatre, section: Royal Circle, row: A, seat: 3
    Giant
Safety bar is right in front of you but isn't a huge obstacle. Very tight legroom. Clear view of most of stage but might miss some of the set on the right.
  • Savoy Theatre, section: Stalls, row: F, seat: 10
    Burlesque the Musical
Dead center and close enough to see all the action. Decent leg room. You're in the middle of the row.
  • The London Palladium, section: Stalls, row: B, seat: 27
    Evita
A bit off to the side so you don't get a full sense of the full scope of everything happening but a good seat. FWIW: uncomfortable seats.
  • August Wilson Theatre, section: Kit Kat Klub Orchestra 2, row: L, seat: 120
    Cabaret
Great seat. Last row of orchtestra but still see everything so clearly. Plenty of legroom with a good theater rake.
  • St. James Theatre, section: Mezzanine R, row: F, seat: 2
    Sunset Boulevard
Honestly, it's a totally good seat, but for the price that you're probably paying the safety bar directly in front of you is a bit of an obstruction
  • Broadhurst Theatre, section: Mezzanine C, row: G, seat: 114
    Boop! The Musical
Honestly, a very good seat. Totally great view and didn't feel far. Mezz has a good rake so no one is really blocking your view.
  • Longacre Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: D, seat: 2
    Dead Outlaw
Objects are not closer than they appear. A average seat but if someone tall or wide sits in front of you they will totally obscure your view.
