  • Pasadena Playhouse, section: Orchestra B, row: A, seat: 8
    La Cage aux Folles
Some may say the front row is too close but I enjoyed being in the action for this show. But about 5 rows back would give you a more overall view of the stage.
  • Marquis Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: T, seat: 116
    Elf: The Musical
A little further from the stage than I prefer but it was center and the sight lines were good. The theatre has a nice rake as well so I could easily see over people in front of me.
  • St. James Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: G, seat: 17
    Sunset Boulevard
This seat is really far left but you still won't miss anything. The way the staging is done allows for a good view of everything that is going on. Still moving a few seats center would be preferred. There is also very little space between the rows which can cause some visibility issues if the people in front of you are tall.
  • Radio City Music Hall, section: Orchestra 3, row: RR, seat: 306
Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes
Spectacular seat! Just the right distance to see everything really well while still getting a good overview of the stage and the kick line.
  • Barrymore Theatre, section: Right Middle Box, row: E, seat: 4
    Our Town
This is a partially obstructed view and disappointing for a lottery win. Lottery tickets are starting to get pretty pricey too and unless you're really wanting to see a show it's too much money for a partially obscured seat. Being in a box is nice though as you have plenty of space.
  • Imperial Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: J, seat: 109
    Water For Elephants
Great seat! The rows are very close so there's little leg room but it's the perfect distance from the stage. I could see perfectly.

  • St. James Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: K, seat: 1
    Sunset Boulevard
Great seat! Being on the aisle makes for the perfect sight line. No obstructions and could still see facial expressions.
  • St. James Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: K, seat: 7
    Sunset Boulevard
Nice distance from the stage but the seats aren't staggered very well making it difficult to see if someone tall sits in front.
  • Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, section: Mezzanine R, row: E, seat: 8
    The Outsiders
It is nice being in the first row of the section as there is no one right in front of you. There is a curtain, not a wall, in front of your seat which will help for people with long legs. But, you are definitely far from the stage. You have a great overview of the choreo in the show but you lose some of the emotion by not seeing facial expressions and being so far removed. Also, there is a hand rail in the section below that blocks your sight line a bit and can be distracting. Finally, being at the front of the section, several people kept walking past during the show and I heard a lot of chatter during the show. As if being so far from the stage it made people think they were at home in their living room instead of the theatre.
  • Belasco Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: G, seat: 104
    Maybe Happy Ending
Great seat, center and close! For this show everything is preformed elevated so all seats should have a good view regardless of how tall someone is in front of you.
  • James Earl Jones Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: J, seat: 8
    Left On Tenth
The rows are very close together and there's not a great incline so it could potentially be a bad view if someone tall sits in front of you. The distance to the stage is great though. I could see all facial expressions clearly.
  • Majestic Theatre, section: Orchestra L, row: I, seat: 9
    Gypsy
Nice distance from the stage and the theatre has a great rake so I had no issue seeing over the people in front of me. A little more center would have been preferred but it did not affect the visibility at all.

  • The London Palladium, section: Stalls, row: E, seat: 30
    Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Moving slightly more center would be preferred but for the price point this is a great view of the stage. I could see all facial expressions clearly.
  • Ambassadors Theatre, section: Stalls, row: E, seat: 10
The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button
This was a relatively small theatre so I'm sure most seats will be good. This seat was center and the perfect distance to the stage.
  • Dominion Theatre, section: Stalls, row: E, seat: 22
    The Devil Wears Prada
This seat is on the aisle and has a direct line of sight to the stage. The stage is very deep and high so some may feel this seat is too close.
  • Victoria Palace Theatre, section: Stalls, row: N, seat: 21
    Hamilton
Great seat! Almost perfectly centered and just the right distance from the stage to see all the choreo and turntable. You are 2 rows under the mezzanine but the overhang does not interfere with the view whatsoever.
  • Fortune Theatre, section: Stalls, row: A, seat: 5
    Operation Mincemeat
This is a very small theatre, about 460 seats, most seats are going to have a good view of the stage. From this seat I had to look up at the stage so a few rows back would have been better. There is also very little leg room, and I am short!
  • His Majesty's Theatre, London, section: Stalls, row: G, seat: 17
    The Phantom Of The Opera
Great view, this seat was a perfect distance from the stage.
  • La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, section: Orch, row: E, seat: 15
    Fiddler On The Roof
This is a perfect seat! I had no issue seeing over the heads in front of me and I was close enough to see all facial expressions.
  • Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center, section: Orchestra C, row: C, seat: 208
    Back To The Future
Row C has extra leg room which also really helps with visibility when tall people sit in front of you.
