  • Duchess Theatre, section: Dress Circle, row: Box C, seat: 2
    The Play That Goes Wrong
Box C is at the very back of the Dress Circle, only 2 seats in the box so plenty of room & seats are comfortable. View was pretty good, the only part I couldn't see properly was when characters were standing in the study but it didn't distract from the show. I would point out that children or small people might have trouble seeing over the front of box when seated.
  • The London Palladium, section: Stalls, row: N, seat: 1
    The Simon and Garfunkel Story
Good view, just the very right of stage was obstructed by a speaker but it wasn't a problem. Comfy seat on the end of the row so a decent amount of legroom. Next to the toilet entrance but I didn't really notice people going in or coming out.
  • London Palladium, section: Stalls, row: N, seat: 1
    The Simon and Garfunkel Story
Very good view, just the very right of the stage obstructed by a speaker but not a problem. End of row with lots of legroom. Next to the toilet entrance but I didn't really notice people going in & out.
  • The Brentwood Centre, section: P2, row: A, seat: 47
    Rock Orchestra
Good view of the stage. Venue is a sports hall so the seats are benches with no armrests, steeply raked so view is not a problem. Plenty of legroom as there is an aisle directly in front, however there were lots of people walking up and down during the performance, I wish venues would close the bar at these times as this is becoming increasingly common at concerts and the theatre.
  • The Brentwood Centre, section: P2, row: A, seat: 47
    Rock Orchestra
Good view of the stage. Venue is a sports hall, seating is on benches so no arm rests and is steeply raked. Aisle directly in front so lots of legroom, annoyingly lots of people walking up & down during the performance - I wish venues would close the bar at these times as this is becoming increasingly common at concerts & the theatre nowadays.
  • Cadogan Hall, section: Stalls, row: L, seat: 29
    The Classic Rock Show
This seat is at the end of the row so you have no-one pushing past you. There is an overhang from the gallery above, couldn't see the top of the stage to the left but it wasn't much of a problem. Seat was comfortable, adequate legroom.

  • Cadogan Hall, section: Stalls, row: L, seat: 29
    The Classic Rock Show
Seat 29 is at the end of the row so there is an overhang from the gallery above. I didn't miss anything though as it was only the left of the stage that was obstructed. Seat was comfortable, adequate legroom.
  • Orchard West, section: Flat Stalls, row: Q, seat: 13
UK Pink Floyd Experience tour: 50 years of Wish You Were Here
Concert was great but this venue leaves much to be desired. Most uncomfortable seats I've ever had at a venue, unpadded and very little legroom. Stalls are flat so if like me you have a very tall, large person in front of you the view will not be good. Only saving grace is that this is an aisle seat so you have room to wriggle a bit. Also as the venue is a temporary tent structure it was quite cold.
  • Eventim Apollo, section: Circle Block 6, row: H, seat: 1
Only Fools and Horses The Musical
Excellent seat, good view with adequate legroom. End of aisle, well padded seat.
  • Cadogan Hall, section: Stalls, row: P, seat: 19
    Rick Wakeman tour: Yuletide Show
Beautiful venue, it used to be a church. Good view although you'd struggle if you had a tall person in front of you. Although mid-row this seat is next to a pillar so there is plenty of space & legroom. Acoustics are fantastic.
  • Apollo Theatre, section: Balcony, row: E, seat: 3
    Fawlty Towers
View was advertised as restricted and it is, I had to lean forward and couldn't see much of the righthand side of the stage and the bedroom scene. However it was a very cheap seat, end of aisle, padded seat and plenty of legroom. I'd certainly sit in this seat again for £11!
  • Eventim Apollo, section: Circle section 11, row: D, seat: 4
    Paul Heaton with The Zutons
Good view, comfy seat, legroom is adequate although I'd say it would be a problem if you are over 6ft tall. Be aware that this row is next to the men's toilet so there is a light on all the time and constant to-ing and fro-ing to the toilet.

  • Adelphi Theatre, section: Upper Circle, row: J, seat: 7
    Back To The Future
Seat has a good view, however I had someone very tall in front of me. Fortunately seat is at the end of the row with no armrest so I could sit to the side. Lots of legroom and sound is good. You'd have a problem seeing the front of the stage but not a problem with this show.
  • Cliffs Pavilion, section: Stalls, row: U, seat: 1
    Robert Plant and Saving Grace
Good view, aisle seat with plenty of legroom. Rows S - Z are tiered seats.
  • The Halls, Wolverhampton, section: Stalls, row: T, seat: 18
    Seasick Steve
Good view, however seats are not raked so you may get someone tall in front of you to block your view. Seats are fairly comfortable but legroom could be better. I understand these seats are removable for standing events.
  • Palace Theatre, Westcliff-on-Sea, section: stalls, row: J, seat: 7
    Ned Boulting Marginal Mystery Tour
Great view, seat is on the end of the row. Plenty of legroom and seat is comfortable. Not raked so a tall person in front of you might block the view.
  • The Hawth, section: Raised Stalls, row: J, seat: 1
Tony Blackburn Sounds of the 60s
Decent view, just the very right of the stage is an obstructed view. Seating in this section is tiered with good legroom. Seat 1 is against the wall so you can only get out at the other end of the row. I didn't find the seat all that comfortable.
  • Fairfield Concert Hall, section: Upper Stalls, row: HH, seat: 14
    10cc
Central seat on the aisle. Seat is comfortable and there was enough legroom. Good view, seats are raked.
  • Royal Albert Hall, section: Stalls J, row: 11, seat: 55
    Steve Hackett tour: Genesis Greats
Good view of the stage, seats are raked so no worries about tall people in front of you. Legroom is OK, I like the way the seats swivel. Padding on seat was not the best and there are no armrests. Row 11 is the first row when you enter the auditorium.
  • The London Palladium, section: stalls, row: O, seat: 5
    Leo Sayer
Good view, however seats are not raked so you wouldn't be able to see if someone tall sat in front of you. Decent legroom, comfortable seat.
